Summary
The role: In this varied and rewarding role, you will: Conduct comprehensive neuropsychological assessments to inform rehabilitation planning. Deliver evidence-based psychological interventions, including cognitive and mood therapies. Design and implement behaviour modification programmes using a Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) approach. Support patients, families, and carers in understanding the impact of brain injury and promoting recovery. Contribute to multidisciplinary team (MDT) assessments, formulations, and service development. Maintain accurate and timely clinical records and reports in line with BPS, HCPC, and company standards. Assist with the training and development of MDT colleagues and supporting wider service initiatives. Ensure all practice safeguards patient wellbeing and upholds human rights. Participating in ongoing clinical supervision, CPD, and performance reviews to support your professional growth.
