Salary: £12.21 - £14.29 per hour (Depending on days, nights, weekdays, weekends)

We are seeking compassionate, dedicated, and reliable Care Assistants to join our friendly team in Lincoln. Job Description:
Supporting a 14 year old female with a Cerebral Palsy. She is a wheelchair user and requires support with Moving and handling/repositioning. The client requires support with all aspects of daily living, including medication administration. Due to the nature of this role, we require a female carer for this position.
Hours: 8 hours per week with a potential to work on other packages

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
Support with mobility, repositioning and safe transfers.

Build positive relationships with service users, encouraging their independence and dignity. Also providing emotional support and companionship.
Monitor and report on changes in health and well-being to senior staff.
What We're Looking For:
A compassionate nature and genuine desire to help others.
A minimum of 6 months care experience is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
A full Enhanced DBS check will be required for all successful candidates.
