We are seeking an outstanding SEN Teacher to join a specialist provision for autistic children and young people aged 4–19. This is an exciting opportunity for a committed SEN Teacher who is passionate about transforming the lives of pupils with complex needs. Small class sizes (4–8 pupils) and strong support structures allow every SEN Teacher to deliver highly personalised learning experiences.
About the Role
As an SEN Teacher, you will:
•
Teach small groups of 4–8 pupils to ensure individualised, high-quality learning.
•
Plan and deliver creative lessons that meet the needs of autistic learners.
•
Work closely with therapists and specialist support staff.
•
Provide a nurturing, structured environment where pupils can thrive.
•
Complete EHCP reviews and contribute to personalised learning plans.
•
Support pupils with personal care needs where required.

About You
We are looking for an SEN Teacher with:
•
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential.
•
A passion for SEN and a desire to develop as an SEN Teacher within a specialist setting.
•
Patience, resilience, and excellent communication skills.
•
Experience supporting autistic learners (desirable).
•
A commitment to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing.
