We are seeking compassionate, dedicated, and reliable Care Assistants to join our friendly team in Northamptonshire. Job Description:
NN13 - Supporting a young female who lives at home with her family. Tasks include, personal care, administering oxygen, hoisting, JEJ feeding and administration of medication.
Hours:
Monday – Friday 06:30 – 08:30
Monday – Friday 14:30 – 21:00
Due to the Nature of this role & the gender of the client, female carers are required for this post.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.

Build positive relationships with service users, encouraging their independence and dignity. Also providing emotional support and companionship.
Monitor and report on changes in health and well-being to senior staff.
What We're Looking For:
A compassionate nature and genuine desire to help others.
A minimum of 6 months care experience & challenging behaviour experience is essential.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
A full Enhanced DBS check will be required for all successful candidates.
