Summary
UHI Moray are looking to recruit suitably qualified and experienced Lecturers to their Supply Bank in Hospitality. We welcome applications from both Chefs and Front of House. Applicants must be educated to HNC level – in either Hospitality or Professional Cookery. Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years experience of Kitchen Management or Food and Beverage Management in a quality establishment, 3 star or above is essential. Experience of developing and delivering training or teaching would be beneficial but not essential.
