Summary

The role requires excellent communication and collaboration skills and will need to deliver in the following areas - Stakeholder Collaboration:Work with academic institutions, healthcare providers, and technology partners to enhance the Learning Programmes to Support Expansion. Coordinate with faculty and subject matter experts to deliver specialized training sessions and engaging with trainee representatives to ensure the programme meets their needs and expectations. Mentorship and Support: Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to GP trainees throughout the programme including addressing any issues or concerns raised by trainees and facilitate their professional development. Organize regular meetings and forums for trainees to share experiences and best practices. Administration and Coordination: Manage the administrative aspects of any innovative structured learning programme, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. Ensure effective communication and coordination among all programme participants and stakeholders and maintain accurate records and documentation related to the programme.
