• Designing end-to-end user experiences for mobile and web applications supporting transaction-heavy fintech platforms.
• Creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs aligned with brand and design system standards.
• Conducting UX research, usability testing, heuristic evaluations, and accessibility reviews to drive continuous product improvement.

• Proven experience designing and optimising complex, transaction-driven digital platforms, preferably within fintech, remittance, e-commerce, or high-growth digital environments.
• Demonstrable expertise in UX research methodologies, including user interviews, usability testing, heuristic evaluation, journey mapping, and persona development.
• Strong experience creating and managing design systems, contributing reusable components, and ensuring UI consistency across platforms.
• Advanced proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Miro, Framer, Webflow, and related collaborative platforms.
• Solid understanding of accessibility standards, responsive design principles, and inclusive user experience practices.
• Experience working within agile development teams and collaborating effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
