Summary
To manage the flow of patients through the single point of access service Ensure efficiency of appointment system; monitor the flow of patients into the system and report any concerns Liaise with relevant staff from various health care settings reporting issues and or concerns To maintain awareness of service delivery developments and contribute to the implementation of change within the service To provide a comprehensive, administrative and clerical support for the Team including issue logs Receive and make calls as required To work flexibly within the team, providing support and training to colleagues in the team Supervise, train and develop other clerical staff Information management and data quality is essential to ensuring effective management of appointment ledgers
