Summary
We are seeking a Business Administrator Apprentice to join our team, providing critical support with data management, analysis, and daily administrative tasks. In this role, you will play an important part in enhancing business processes and contributing to strategic decisions using data-driven insights.
This is a full time role, Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00 (37 hours per week), with one day a week at college.
You must be able to start on Monday 5th January 2026
The majority of your apprenticeship will be spent in the workplace, where you will learn by doing. You will develop your skills through direct participation in day-to-day tasks, collaborating with colleagues, and applying your knowledge to real business scenarios. This practical, hands-on approach is designed to build your confidence and expertise, preparing you for a successful future career.
Responsibilities:
Data Management & Analysis
Perform accurate data entry and updates across various platforms.
Gather business data from internal systems and ensure information is correctly inputted and maintained.
Utilise Microsoft Suite tools to analyse and present data in a clear, accessible manner.
Assist with data cleansing processes to maintain consistent and accurate records.
Support the creation of visual reports for management, enabling effective monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs).
Work closely with colleagues to collect relevant data and present findings in an accessible format.
Contribute to ongoing efforts to track and measure business performance.
Assist the team with administrative tasks such as filing, updating documents, and managing data requests from different departments.
Help maintain organised records and coordinate workflows across functions for smooth day-to-day operations.
