‍⚕️ Your Role
You will support adults with diverse needs including physical disabilities, autism, cognitive impairments, and those requiring palliative care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Support with mobility and light physical activities
- Assist with medication, nutrition, and hydration
- Perform light housekeeping tasks
- Follow Infection Prevention Control protocols and use PPE
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Accompany clients to appointments and social outings
- Administer first aid (after training)
- Maintain accurate care records and communicate effectively
- Use assistive technology and internal IT systems
- Promote safeguarding and client well-being

What We’re Looking For
Experience in care is welcome but not essential, as we provide full training
- A caring and compassionate nature
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible
- Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Good English and basic Math skills
- Health & Social Care qualifications are a plus - but can be earned on the job
