Summary
Due to continued success and new contracts going in to 2026 KEE Environmental Ltd are recruiting Team Leaders to lead small teams of between 2 & 4 staff distributing Re-Useable Sacks & Waste Bags to individual properties throughout South Gloucestershire. The role will involve staying away from home frequently in properties that we rent out for the duration of the project (properties have full kitchen and washing facilities). the role is physically demanding so candidates would need to be fit and healthy. Demonstrable experience in Leading small teams is a must as well as a strong personality and a common sense approach.
A driving licence is preferred with the entitlement to drive 3.5t vans an advantage as most of our vehicles are 3.5t Tail Lift or Low loader type vehicles. Experience in driving vans is advantageous too. Drivers should be 25 years old or over for insurance purposes.
Full training will be provided as well as ongoing training and support.
We are based in Cambridgeshire but as the project locations are around the UK will consider candidates from all areas of the UK.
