Summary

A vacancy has arisen within Operational HR Services for a Permanent Full Time Operational HR Information Assistant working 37 hours per week. Working with SAP payroll you will ensure timely and accurate data is maintained. You will be flexible and able to work across a range of areas delivering high standards for our customers.



We are looking for someone comfortable with handling data via excel or Power BI.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Input and maintenance of the HR Data into the HR/Payroll System

Reporting from the HR Payroll System

Handling Freedom of Information Requests

Supporting Statutory submissions (e.g. School Workforce Census, ONS Information)

HR-Related query resolutionandnbsp;
