Our client, a respected educational institution in Blackwood, Caerphilly, is seeking a dynamic and passionate Full-time HLTA to join their dedicated team. This exciting opportunity offers a competitive salary of up to £80 per day, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
As a key member of our client's support staff, you will work closely with teachers to enhance the learning experience for students. Your role will involve assisting in the planning and delivery of engaging lessons, providing one-on-one support to students with special educational needs, and contributing to the overall success of the school.

Key responsibilities:
- Collaborating with teachers to create and implement effective lesson plans
- Providing individualised support to students with special educational needs
- Monitoring student progress and providing regular feedback to teachers and parents
- Assisting with the preparation of educational materials and resources
- Maintaining a safe and inclusive classroom environment
Requirements:
- Level 2 or 3 qualifications in a relevant subject area
- Experience working as an HLTA or teaching assistant
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and educational technology
- A valid DBS check
