Summary
Are you passionate about shaping the lives of young children? Our client’s wonderful nursery in WD18 is looking for a dedicated Nursery Practitioner who loves working with children aged 3 months – 5 years. RESPONSIBILITIES
✦ Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where every child can thrive
✦ Plan and deliver meaningful activities that support children’s growth and development
✦ Observe and track progress, celebrating achievements and milestones
✦ Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and care
✦ Build strong relationships with parents, children, and your colleagues to foster a positive community
REQUIREMENTS
✦ Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (Ofsted-approved)
✦ Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
✦ Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection policies
✦ Experience planning and delivering age-appropriate activities for 3 months – 5 years
✦ Ability to observe and assess children’s development effectively
✦ Knowledge of health, hygiene, and safety standards in early years settings
✦ Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership potential
