Responsibilities
Advise on all aspects of procurement law and regulations.
Draft, negotiate, and review procurement contracts and related documents.
Provide guidance on compliance with statutory obligations and best practices.
Conduct legal research and analysis to support procurement activities.
Develop and deliver training sessions for staff on procurement policies and procedures.
Collaborate with various departments to optimize procurement strategies.
Manage legal risks associated with procurement activities and advise stakeholders accordingly.
Requirements
Qualified solicitor with a relevant legal degree and valid practicing certificate.
Significant experience in procurement law and contract management.
Strong understanding of public sector procurement regulations.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proven ability to manage complex legal issues and mitigate risks.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Hours Per Week: 15.00

End Time: 17:00
