Summary
Ideal role for Care Assistants looking for a temporary role on weekends.
As a Support Worker, you will work to empower residents to remain as independent as possible in their morning routines.
You will aid their mobility and nutritional needs, whilst ensuring that physical and psychological wellbeing is the utmost priority.
Additional responsibilities could include:
• completing domestic tasks
• adhering to health and safety guidelines
• taking responsibility for promoting the welfare of the adults in your care
– although no two days will be the same!

If you wish to be considered for this rewarding role you must have the following: -
• You must have proven experience within a similar care environment
• Have a checkable work history
• Have up to date mandatory training documents, Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults, Moving and Handling, and Infection Control. Should you not have up to date certificates we can offer online training, with an added fee
• Have an in date enhanced DBS check, if your DBS have expired, we can offer the facility to arrange a new one for you.

This is an ongoing opportunity.
Your typical hours of work will be Saturday to Sunday starting at 07.00 and finishing at 14.00.
You will be paid an hourly rate of £12.35, plus up to 28 accrued holiday pay.
