What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking to recruit an inspiring Assistant Headteacher to join our successful, committed, and enthusiastic Senior Leadership Team. The successful candidate will be an experienced and exceptional leader with extensive knowledge of teaching and learning as well as successful experience of strategic implementation to support student outcomes.
You should be able to support, lead, inspire and enthuse students and staff and operate with integrity and passion.
The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills, a high level of resilience and a strong capacity to be innovative. Equally an ability to strategise independently as well as contribute to an existing team ethos
The specific role and responsibilities of the successful candidate will be agreed on appointment. This will be a blend of strengths, as well as development areas, to shape leadership and complement the existing SLT strengths. An adaptable leadership style and a commitment to being challenged will therefore be required.
