Your new role
We are seeking an exceptional English specialist to join our team as Lead Practitioner. In this pivotal role, you will:
- Demonstrate exemplary classroom practice and actively share effective teaching strategies with colleagues.
- Support the professional growth of teachers through coaching, mentoring, and constructive feedback.
- Play a key role in shaping curriculum and assessment design within the department.
- Provide expert advice on subject pedagogy, drawing on the latest educational research.
- Lead and contribute to impactful CPD (Continuing Professional Development) sessions for the English team.
- Establish a positive, inclusive classroom environment where all students can thrive.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues, parents, and stakeholders to support student progress.
