We are currently looking for a compassionate Female Support Worker to provide care and support for a female service user who has a Functional Neurological Disorder and PTSD. This rewarding role focuses primarily on providing companionship to help engage with daily activities and promote independence. You'll be providing the best possible care within the service user's own home environment, becoming an essential part of our existing care team.

About the Role:

As a Healthcare Assistant in this package, your duties will include:

  • Providing companionship and emotional support

  • Supporting with moving and handling & personal care

  • Maintaining all clinical needs with training provided

  • Supporting engagement with daily activities

  • Being respectful and maintaining professional boundaries

  • Going above and beyond for the service user and staff team

Important Note: Candidates must be comfortable working alongside animals in the home environment.

Requirements for the Role:

  • A minimum of 6 months professional care experience

  • The right to work in the UK with correct documentation

  • A full enhanced DBS certificate

  • An up-to-date CV with full working history

  • Compassionate nature with strong companionship skills
