Your new role
- Engage and lead complex negotiations with senior stakeholders across Estates and Facilities. Being seen as the leader in your field.
- Lead and mentor and manage a Procurement Manager and Officer, supporting them to achieve and work as a collaborative team.
- Drive high value strategic procurement plans and deliver value-for-money solutions whilst maintaining the best service levels.
- Develop and execute category strategies that deliver real impact.
- Navigate complex procurement landscapes, utilising your experience.
- Be the go-to expert for procurement strategy and compliance.
What you'll need to succeed
- Strong procurement experience (public sector, PA 23).
- Proven team leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- MCIPS (or working towards) or equivalent experience.
- A passion for smarter, faster, better procurement.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and contract management abilities.
