Key Responsibilities:

Create high-impact materials: Develop literature reviews and manuscripts that get published and recognised, strengthening your portfolio and reputation in the field.
Deliver engaging communications: Produce medical education content that is used widely, giving you the satisfaction of seeing your work applied in real-world healthcare settings.
Collaborate with clients and colleagues: Work alongside experts to ensure your content meets strategic goals, building your confidence and network.
Lead quality initiatives: Drive improvements in content quality, helping you refine your own skills and mentor others.
Support and develop the team: Guide junior colleagues, sharing your knowledge while strengthening your leadership experience.

The Person

• Minimum 3 years’ medical writing experience in healthcare communications
• Master’s or PhD in Life Sciences or a related field
• Skilled in literature reviews, research articles, and manuscript writing
• Strong note-taking and stakeholder communication skills
• Collaborative mindset and adaptability across therapy areas
• Enthusiasm for professional development in medical communications

Desirable: Experience in creative communications, recognised medical writing training, and mentoring junior colleagues.
