Summary
Full time Electrician to work across several busy maintenance/facilities contracts with various Mechanical/Electrical operatives. Great onsite team servicing modern buildings for prestigious clients
Reporting to the Managing Director of a growing Electrical/Facilities management company. The position will be a hands on role based in West London with some days working at other office locations. You will be responsible for assisting on the delivery of maintenace contracts for various offices in and around London. You should have a good understanding of building maintenance in commercial settings and be fully conversant with PPM, CBM and reactive maintenance.
Key aspects of the role are -
Reporting to the Managing Director in the running/Implementation of several maintenance contracts in and around London.
Be responsible in the effective implementation of various maintenance contracts and works.
Work alongside/assist various specialist sub-contractors and related trades in delivering services related to the Maintenance contracts in various settings
Ordering of some materials and managing stock/parts for effective delivery of Maintenance contracts and ongoing projects.
Manage workloads via Joblogic (Reactive and Planned Maintenance) and ensure PPM tasks and reactive maintenance tasks are carried out in a timely manner and to SLA's
Assist in the delivery of small projects (building related)
Keep up to date records of all maintenance schedules/tasks and log-books for both performance and compliance.
Assist in the management of SLA's and KPI's and be client focused with a strong emphasis on customer care.

Key Requirements
Adaptable and hard working.
Proven building maintenance experience (at least 5 years)
Relevant Maintenance/Technical qualifications - NVQ Level 3 or CGLI Equivalent (Electrical)
Multi disciplined with broad based knowledge of building services - (Electrical)
Well presented
Full UK driving license
This is an onsite role and the candidate will be based in west london (Heathrow area) with management of paperwork & H&S/Compliance duties. There will be a need to manage your workload independantly and some ordering of materials etc with multiple suppliers will be required to ensure works are completed in a timely manner.
Work details -
Monday - Friday 08.00 - 17.00 (40 Hour Week)
25 days paid holiday and bank holidays
Nest pension
Use of company van if required, PC, all work clothing etc
Overtime/call out as required
