Now Hiring: Pharmaceutical Order Picker Operatives - Alperton, London

We are currently seeking Pharmaceutical Order Picker Operatives to join a busy and reputable healthcare distribution centre in the Alperton area. This role is ideal for candidates with warehouse experience and basic knowledge of medication who are looking for a long-term opportunity with progression.

Weekly Rota & Working Hours:

You will work the following set shifts each week:

  • Monday: 10:30 - 22:30 (45-minute lunch break)

  • Tuesday: 10:30 - 22:30 (45-minute lunch break)

  • Friday: 14:30 - 22:30 (30-minute lunch break)

  • Saturday: 10:00 - 18:00 (30-minute lunch break)

Responsibilities:

As a Pharmaceutical Order Picker Operative, you will:

  • Issue stock items and prepared prescriptions

  • Handle controlled medication securely and safely

  • Use computer systems to maintain accurate records

  • Pick and prepare medication orders

  • Carry out manual handling, bending, and reaching as required

  • Maintain excellent accuracy and organisation

  • Work effectively within a team

  • Keep workstations clean, tidy, and compliant

  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and managers

  • Make quick, safe decisions in a fast-moving environment

  • Receive training to work across other warehouse departments

  • Work to targets with strong attention to detail

  • Utilise existing warehouse experience and basic medication knowledge
