Summary

We have an opportunity for a Homeowner and Leasehold Specialist to join our team at SNG based in Bristol, Wembley or Basingstoke.

This is a permanent full time role where you'll combine office and home working to ensure a positive work/life balance.

The starting salary is circa £33,000 - £40,000 per year depending on your experience.



The Role

As a Homeowner and Leasehold Specialist you'll manage the service charge related activities for your area including the setting of annual service charge budgets for your schemes and validating the information that goes out to our customers.

You'll provide expert guidance and support on leasehold matters to colleagues, stakeholders and manage the service charge enquiries and disputes from your customers.

You will be making sure that SNG has full compliance with all relevant leasehold legislation, regulation, and financial obligations.



What we'll need from you:

As a Homeowner and Leasehold Specialist you will need experience of delivering leasehold related matters such as setting and validating service charge budgets. Experience of preparing and managing Section 20 and Section 20b notices is desirable.

You'll also need a good understanding of the legal framework surrounding leasehold compliance and transactional activity, and service charge regulations.
