Summary
The post holder will greet patients attending appointments at the Clinical Research Facility. This will also include liaising with the clinical team to ensure a smooth and efficient service from start to finish for our patients. Patients travel and clinical trial expenses will need to be processed and recorded daily. Assisting with booking clinic space and transport for appointments as instructed by the clinical team. To assist the clinical and clerical teams with any administrative tasks to aid with the smooth running of the unit.
