Summary
The post of Assistant Programme Administrator will be mainly supporting our Programme Administrator. That would be all admin support for medical students and Foundation Year 1 doctors in training at our Conquest Hospital site ( 1 wte)
It will also entail Front of House support.
The job role will entail the following activities: assistance with organisation of the centralised teaching programme; Induction support; sign-posting of resident doctors; Careers Evening support; ARCP/sign-off admin support; Front of House involving AV/room set-up/down; LED doctors support; Foundation Programme; clinical attachments and dealing with queries from resident doctors and LEDs
