Your new role
- Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and activities
- Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils
- Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Support with classroom management and preparation of resources
What you'll need to succeed
- A passion for working with children and supporting their development
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Previous experience in a school setting is desirable but not essential.
- Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Teaching Assistance (preferred) - however, unqualified candidates with relevant experience are welcome to apply
