We are seeking a strategic and proactive HR Business Partner (Band 4) to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
Serve as a strategic partner to senior management to align HR strategies with business goals.
Develop and implement HR initiatives that support organizational development and culture transformation.
Provide guidance and support on employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Assist in talent management processes including succession planning, performance management, and competency development.
Manage recruitment processes and ensure effective onboarding practices to retain top talent.
Analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and improve organizational effectiveness.
Lead change management initiatives, ensuring communication and support for all stakeholders involved.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification is a plus.
Minimum 5 years of experience in HR leadership or business partnering roles.
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
Hours Per Week: 36.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £285.70
