Summary

TeacherActive is proud to be supporting a welcoming Primary School in South Birmingham, who are seeking a committed and skilled Year 3 Teacher for a full-time maternity cover starting January.

This role will include full class teacher responsibilities, including planning, preparing and delivering lessons, assessments, classroom management and contributing to the wider KS2 team.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Experience teaching Year 3 or another KS2 class


  • Confidence in planning and delivering engaging lessons aligned with the National Curriculum


  • Availability Monday to Friday, full-time, from January


  • A valid DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to complete a new one through TeacherActive


  • Ability to provide two references from recent employers


  • A positive, resilient attitude and strong classroom presence
