Assembly Operative
We have immediate start for our growing client in Wellingborough as an Assembly Operative.
Details
Salary - £12.25 per hour
Working Hours are - 0800 - 1600 Monday - Friday
Location - Wellingborough, Northamptonshire
Duration - Temp to perm, 12 weeks
Role of an Assembly Operative
* Building products on the assembly line according to drawings and/or instructions.
* Following safety and efficiency procedures to ensure that operations run smoothly.
* Inspecting assembled products for any faults or defects.
* Loading product pieces for assembly onto the line
* Reporting incidents, faulty operations, or product imperfections on the assembly line to management.
* Some heavy lifting can be involved in your daily role
* Use of hand tools such as, Stanley Knife, file, saw

Requirements for an Assembly Operative
* Good knowledge and experience of using of hand tools
* Ability to read drawings and measurements
* Work under pressure in a busy environment
* Good physical stamina
* Confident communicator
