PRODUCTION LOADER – Temporary Position




LOCATION: Louth, Lincolnshire




JOB TITLE: Production Loader




JOB TYPE: Full time




HOURS OF WORK: Monday - Friday – 2pm – 10pm




PAY: £13.90 per hour

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:




We are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking individual to join our friendly team working at Louth. To consolidate Sterile and
Non-Sterile bags supplied by Micronclean, through sortation and scanning of the bags correctly to the relevant cages, whilst
consolidating with other bags from Micronclean sites for the relevant routes and depot. Pre-loading of the trunk vehicles,
assisting the drivers where possible loading the relevant cages.

Main Duties:

* Sortation of bags from other areas, if required, that will also be consolidated with the Non-Sterile bags into cages.
* Using the Handheld PDA device to scan the bags correctly to the cages, performing Pre-load checks prior to dispatch to the
relevant trunking route.
* Working with the relevant departments when errors have been captured to resolve the issues, recording such information whilst
investigating and resolving the issues that have led to the original errors occurring.
* To ensure the cages are clearly and concisely labelled correctly.
* When possible, assisting with the loading the trunk vehicle with the cages containing the Garment Bags, Mats, using the
handheld PDA, ensuring everything is scanned correctly.
* Maintaining the cleanliness of the loading areas at our production sites daily.
* To use our internal POD software prior to dispatch
* Any other tasks or duties reasonably assigned to you.




Training & Qualifications

* Category B, Car driving licence
* Forklift Licence (preferrable but not essential)
* ADR (preferrable not essential)
* CPC (preferrable not essential)




Skills & Knowledge

* Ability to work with Computers
* Good level of spoken and written English
* Excellent timekeeping and attendance levels
* Good self-motivation, initiative and commitment to the role and the business
* Good understanding of safe working practices and the importance of compliance




Training and support will be provided, and the ideal candidate must be willing to attend courses/sessions as and when offered to
aid continuous improvement.
