Summary

To help deliver our ongoing customer focus, and contribute to our growth plans, Irizar UK is recruiting for a Service Advisor to join our team.

The successful candidate will act as the key liaison between customers and technicians, ensuring a smooth, professional, and efficient service experience.

Core areas of focus include:
• Manage incoming phone calls and service enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
• Act as the main point of contact between customers and technicians, ensuring clear communication and efficient service delivery.
• Schedule and coordinate service appointments, vehicle maintenance, and repair work.
• Assist with the organisation and administration of the PDI process for new vehicles.
• Collect and prepare relevant information and documentation for the Service Administrator.
• Provide regular updates to customers regarding the progress of their vehicles and ensure their satisfaction with the service provided.
• Maintain accurate records and support the smooth running of daily service operations.
• Promote a positive image of the dealership by delivering excellent customer service at all times.

Experience & Qualifications:
• Previous experience in an automotive aftersales or service department is preferred.
• Sound technical knowledge of vehicles and service processes.
• Experience in using dealer management or workshop management systems is desirable.
• A full valid driving licence is essential
• PCV Driving licence preferred or be prepared to undertake training
Reporting to the Aftersales Manager, the ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, along with strong organisational and planning skills.

We are looking for someone who is team-oriented with a proactive, solutions-focused approach, and who is able to maintain a high level of attention to detail while effectively multitasking in a fast-paced environment. The role also requires excellent customer service and relationship-building capabilities, supported by solid IT proficiency and strong administrative skills.

Initially based at our Worksop office until early 2026 when our team will be relocating to our new Headquarters based in Blyth, Nottinghamshire.
