Reporting to the Stock Manager, the Stock Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day management and maintenance of all
aspects of inventory control. Ensuring stock levels are accurate, investigating and resolving discrepancies, and contributing to
the continuous improvement of inventory management.

Day to Day
* Oversee inventory operations, including receiving, storing and distributing materials and products.
* Maintain accurate stock records using inventory management systems and excel spreadsheets.
* Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts and audits to reconcile discrepancies.
* Monitor inventory levels and alert management when replenishment is required.
* Coordinate with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure efficient stock flow.
* Implement and follow storage procedures to maintain inventory organisation.
* Investigate and resolve inventory related issues and errors.
What will you bring?
* Experience in an inventory/stock management role.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to problem solve and work on own initiative.
* Maths and data entry skills.
* Computer literate including Microsoft Office Suite.
