Summary
Coordinate and manage research projects from inception to completion: This involves developing project plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure that research activities are executed efficiently and effectively. Stay updated with the latest research trends and technologies to enhance research capabilities: The Research Manager must continuously seek out new methodologies, tools, and technologies to improve research practices and outcomes. Ensure regulatory compliance and ethical standards are maintained: This involves staying abreast of relevant regulations and guidelines, ensuring that all research activities adhere to ethical standards and regulatory requirements. Disseminate research findings to the scientific community and stakeholders: The Research Manager is responsible for ensuring that research results are shared through appropriate channels, including publications, conferences, and stakeholder communications.
