Summary

Production Operative - Newton Abbot

Newton Abbot | £12.21-£13.43 per hour | 12-Hour Shift Pattern | Temporary | Immediate Start Introduction

Immediate starts are available for production work at one of the UK's leading digital print companies based in Newton Abbot. These roles are expected to last into the New Year and offer hands-on experience in a busy, fast-paced production environment.

Key Duties:
  • Pack personalised gifts and products.

  • Operate industry-leading machinery safely and efficiently.

  • Sort and manage incoming and outgoing mail.

  • Follow production processes for items such as photo tiles, canvases, photobooks, and mugs.

  • Maintain a clean and organised work area.

Requirements:
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a rotating pattern.

  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.

What We Offer:
  • £12.21 per hour for weekday 12-hour day shifts.

  • £13.43 per hour for weekend 12-hour day shifts.

  • Enhanced overtime payments.

Shift Pattern:
  • 12-hour day shifts: 7am-7pm.

  • 2-week repeating rota including weekdays and weekends.
