Summary

We are looking for an inspiring English Facilitator to join our Maths and English department. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about English and committed to supporting learners to develop essential literacy skills for life and work. You will facilitate engaging sessions that build learners’ confidence in reading, writing, and communication, ensuring they are equipped to achieve success in their GCSE or Functional Skills qualifications.

This new position reflects the ongoing growth of our maths and English team. As demand for high-quality English support continues to increase, we are expanding our staffing to enhance learning opportunities for our students. As a Facilitator in English, you will contribute to a supportive, growing team committed to improving outcomes for all learners.

The ideal candidate with have a GCSE or Level 2 in English, you will also have knowledge and experience of working within the specialist area.
