Responsibilities
Provide direct support to individuals with disabilities, in their daily activities.
Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and medication administration.
Implement individualised care plans tailored to the needs of each person.
Utilise Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) techniques to support behavioural development and learning.
Foster an inclusive environment for individuals with autism and other developmental challenges.
Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support.
Maintain accurate records of care provided and progress made by individuals.
Engage in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
