Are you an experienced English teacher with a proven track record of strong GCSE results? We are working with a highly regarded secondary academy in West Sussex that is seeking a committed and ambitious teacher of English to join their team from September 2026. This is a permanent opportunity, with flexibility to accommodate both full-time and part-time working arrangements.
The Role
- Deliver high-quality English lessons across Key Stage 3 and GCSE.
- Plan, prepare, and assess work to ensure excellent progress and attainment.

What We're Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- ECTs will not be considered - applicants must demonstrate a history of successful GCSE teaching outcomes.

- Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
