Summary
Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Maintenance Co-ordinator. You will be dynamic, motivated and competent individual with a passion for public sector excellence with the ability to lead a large and complex service with associated budgets.
You will have a track record of achievement and managing and implementing change with the enthusiasm and drive to deliver value for money tenant focused repairs & maintenance services. You will have experience of managing in a large organisation and deliver consistent results.
You will be a good people manager with the capacity to communicate and collaborate with your team and build strong relationships with peers, elected members, trade unions and the workforce.
