We're looking for a Cleaning Supervisor who will deliver excellent service standards, while meeting SLA agreements and managing a cleaning team across multiple client sites.
Contract: Community Health PartnershipsType: Permanent, Part TimeHours: 10 hours per weekShift Pattern: Monday to Friday (05:00am - 07:00am or 18:00pm - 20:00pm)Pay: £12.71 per hourLocation: The Fishponds Family Practice, Beechwood Road, Bristol, BS16 3TD
Role Responsibilities:
-Manage a cleaning team, including recruitment, training, and development
-Deliver routine planned and periodic cleaning to a high standard
-Ensure staff follow task schedules and Health & Safety procedures
-Monitor cleanliness standards, distribute uniforms, and manage stock levels
-Handle issues professionally and escalate to line manager when needed

-Previous supervisory and cleaning experience
-Strong communication skills and professional attitude
-Ability to work independently and to a schedule
-Reliable, hardworking, and committed to service excellence
-Willingness to support continuous improvement in service delivery
