Summary
We are recruiting a Contaminated Land Officer to support additional workload within the environmental services team. The role involves assessing land contamination, reviewing reports, and ensuring regulatory compliance within planning and environmental frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out contaminated land assessments and risk evaluations.
Review technical and environmental reports for regulatory accuracy.
Provide expert advice to internal teams, planners, and developers.
Maintain accurate records and support ongoing environmental projects.
Skills & Requirements
Strong knowledge of contaminated land regulations & risk assessment.
Experience with environmental data analysis and report writing.
Ability to interpret technical information and provide clear guidance.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
