About the Role:
Are you a strategic HR professional with deep expertise in pay, reward, and recognition? Join COPFS as our Senior HR Pay and Reward Manager, where you’ll shape and deliver policies that reflect our values and support our organisational goals.

You’ll lead a specialist team within HR Operations, manage payroll delivery, and work closely with senior leaders, trade unions, and cross-functional colleagues to ensure our reward framework is competitive, compliant, and impactful.
