Elite Personnel are recruiting on behalf of our valued client for FOUR Customer Service Advisors to join their dedicated team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and are available to start on 6th January 2026.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Interaction: Respond to incoming queries via phone, email, live chat, and social media in a professional and timely manner.
• Issue Resolution: Accurately handle customer concerns, complaints, and questions, escalating more complex cases to internal teams when needed.
• Data Entry: Maintain precise records of customer interactions within the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and appropriate follow-up.
• Service Quality: Consistently aim for first-contact resolution while delivering outstanding customer satisfaction.
• Teamwork: Collaborate closely with colleagues across customer service and other departments to support seamless service delivery.
• Process Improvements: Highlight recurring issues and suggest potential improvements to enhance customer experience.
• Compliance: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and all regulatory requirements, particularly around GDPR and data protection.

Skills and Experience Required

• Experience: 1–2 years’ experience in customer service, contact centre, or another client-facing environment.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and empathetic manner.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to resolve issues calmly and efficiently.
• IT Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office and familiar with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Adaptability: Able to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and prioritise effectively.
