Your Role!
To provide an effective and efficient customer focused service to Housing Register applicants, prospective and new tenants ensuring the highest standards of customer care.

We’re looking for someone who:
Has experience in housing allocations, lettings, or a related field
Communicates clearly and empathetically with people from all walks of life
Is highly organised, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Has an understanding of housing legislation, allocations policies, and safeguarding principles
Works well independently and as part of a team, managing competing priorities with professionalism
Is committed to equality, diversity, and delivering excellent public service
