Nursery Practitioner (Level 3) – Up to £29,900 | Full-Time | All Year Round

The nursery is now looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and experienced Nursery Practitioner to join its friendly team on a full-time, all-year-round basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about early years education who wants to make a meaningful difference in a supportive and inclusive setting.
What We’re Looking For
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above)
- Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting
- Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A compassionate, inclusive, and child-centred approach

Key Responsibilities
- Support the daily running of your designated nursery room, helping create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment
- Assist in planning and delivering exciting, age-appropriate activities aligned with the EYFS
- Build trusting relationships with children and families, keeping parents informed and involved in their child’s development
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, contributing to a positive, supportive nursery culture
- Maintain high standards of safeguarding, health and safety, and hygiene at all times
