We are seeking an experienced, proactive Resident Liaison Officer to join our team for upcoming property improvement and maintenance projects.
You will be the vital link between our company/contractors and residents, ensuring clear communication, managing expectations, resolving concerns efficiently, and facilitating smooth project delivery.
Key Requirements:

Proven experience as an RLO or similar public-facing role in construction/social housing.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.

Strong organisational and administrative abilities
