Summary
KEY WORKING RELATIONSHIPS To provide elective orthopaedic surgery To support and take joint responsibility for the clinical work of other members of the multidisciplinary team. To teach undergraduates and post-graduate trainees and healthcare workers that rotate through the Department To ensure that clinical practice is both effective and efficient and that appropriate monitoring of clinical care takes place by actively participating in audit. To work with the CMG management team to ensure that services are delivered efficiently and reflect best practice with processes and governance to match. To provide continuing responsibility for the care of the patients in their charge and for the proper organisation and functioning of their clinical practice. To take responsibility for ensuring that critical clinical incidents, as defined in the Trusts Critical Incident Policy, are reported in a timely manner. To undertake mandatory &statutory training as determined by the Trust and the CMG
