Sales Executive - Due to continued business growth Scooterpac is seeking a Sales Executive to join our Sales Team on a full-time based at our Head Office in Lowestoft, Suffolk. Your mission? About the role:
As our Sales Executive, you'll play an important role in generating sales over the phone and nurturing relationships with new and existing customers. You will be responsible for managing incoming enquiries, making outgoing calls, and maximising sales across our dealer network. This position offers a unique blend of customer engagement and revenue generation, allowing you to make a tangible impact on the business. Working hours for this role are office-based, Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Make outgoing calls to existing stockists, building strong relationships and keeping the business top-of-mind.
- Identify opportunities to maximise sales within the dealer network.
- Consistently close sales opportunities and onboard new stockists.
- Deliver an exceptional customer buying experience, upholding Sthe company's Vision and Values.
- Achieve KPIs around call volume, sales value, and lead conversions.
About you:
For this Sales Executive role, you will have proven sales experience, ideally within a telesales or customer-focused environment. You are a motivated, confident communicator with a can-do attitude, highly organised, and target driven. You thrive under pressure, have excellent CRM and Microsoft Office skills, and enjoy building rapport and closing sales. Your resilience, flexibility, and solution-focused approach will set you apart.
