Lead and supervise a team of multi-skilled engineers, ensuring all planned and reactive tasks are completed to the required standards.

Allocate and oversee PPMs, reactive works, and work tickets, ensuring timely delivery and effective prioritisation.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date engineering documentation, including O&M manuals, drawings, and SOPs/MOPs/EOPs.

Coordinate contractors and vendors, ensuring safe access, compliance with site procedures, and protection of critical environments.

Ensure safe working practices, compliance with HSEQ requirements, and adherence to site-specific rules.

Support operational problem-solving, carrying out technical troubleshooting to minimise downtime and maintain service continuity.

Manage tools, equipment, and spare parts storage, ensuring orderly organisation and appropriate disposal of waste or defective items.

Assist the Facility Manager with reporting, staff deployment, and maintaining overall operational efficiency.

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

Strong understanding of PPM delivery, reactive maintenance, and engineering workflows.

Good working knowledge of site health and safety practices and compliance.

Fully qualified electrically or mechanically, with sound technical ability.

Confident, organised, and able to lead a small team effectively.
