Summary

About the role
As Team Leader for Safe Haven you will ensure effective day to day operations of our service. You will work closely with the Service Manager and manage a team of staff.

You will ensure our service users are appropriately supported following safeguarding and risk assessments processes.

You will work in partnership with clinical and community services to achieve the best outcomes for the service and people that use it.

About you
You will have experience supervising a team and working with vulnerable people.

You will have excellent communication, IT and digitals skills as well as ability to solve problems.

You must have an understanding of/ or have lived experience of mental health issues.
